When
your skins arrive at our door we punch each one with your customer
number and enter them into our well organized storage facility.
|
|
|
|
Depending
on the size and species of your skins, we will determine the
proper method of soaking and tanning.
|
|
|
|
Our
large paddle vat and soaking drums provide consistent tanning,
even for the largest skins.
|
|
|
|
We
are one of the only tanning facilities in the region with two
turner machines. These powerful skinning machines allow our
skinners to achieve excellent results every time for larger
pieces.

Our
experienced staff of chemists, oilers, skinners, shavers, and
groomers take pride in their craft and consistantly produce
a high quality product no matter what the species.

Doing
our best to protect your valuable skins during each step of
the process has been a big part of our success. One of the
ways we help to ensure quality is by attaching leather "mits" on
bear paws. This practice helps to protect the claws from being
cracked or frayed.

Our
talented team of groomers literally go over every skin with
a "fine toothed comb", finishing your skins with
the highest quality.

Once
your skins have been finished and checked for quality, our
shipping department will box them up and prepare them for shipping
upon payment.
